I can help improve business performance and capabilities in marketing, strategy and business development, operations, technology and product/ service management. As an operations executive, business developer, strategic planner, consultant, chief technology officer and co-founder of multiple business ventures I have helped multiple organizations reach ambitious goals, including achievement of sustained, profitable growth and penetration of new markets. I’ve served as mentor and advisor to both for-profit and non-profit organizations to help them negotiate the challenges of business startup and recovery situations, develop productive business relationships, and to define, develop and deliver innovative solutions and services to achieve competitive advantage. In addition to my professional activities, I’m committed to volunteer service to multiple community organizations and professional associations, and have served in roles including President of an Armed Forces Communications- Electronics Association chapter; Regional Treasurer for the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers; and Trustee and Treasurer of a 501(c)3 non-profit preschool childcare center.
